Buying, Storing, & Serving

Fino sherry should be served chilled and drunk soon after release. In general, fresher is better.

Oloroso sherry should be served at room temperature and is ready to drink when released.

Pedro Ximenez should be served at a cool room temperature or slightly chilled and is ready to drink when released.

Store bottles in a cool, dark place on their sides in order to keep the cork moist.
