Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
For more flavorful pumpkin seeds, don't wash them before roasting.
Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin, seeds removed (around 1 cup seeds)
- 1 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove seeds from pumpkin. Pull off the stringy part from the seeds. Place the seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
- Stir the seeds around on the cookie sheet every few minutes to insure they caramelize evenly. Roast until brown and fragrant, about 45 minutes.
