You can also use this method with firm, adult greens—they will just have more of a bite to them.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch baby mixed greens (like kale, collards, turnip greens, or chard)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Wash and spin dry greens.
  • Top with salt and olive oil and rub with hands until greens get shiny and slightly wilted.
